Alex, are you looking for him as a stud? I bred my Cropper bitch to him three times and got some super pups. Wish I would have kept one now.
As a bonus, Steve and Emily Faith, who owned him, are super people. Man, was he a good looking stud and athlete. His pictures don't do him justice. His pups were good looking dogs too. Paul

Trained with Steve Faith today. Told him of the thread, he wanted me to tell everyone thanks for all the good words about Jamie. You can still hear the emotions when he and Emily talk about him.

I had the opportunity to meet Steve, Emily, and Jamie 6 +/- years ago when we drove from Houston to Louisville to breed our bitch to Jamie. Absolutely the nicest people you'll ever get a chance to meet. Even had the chance to go out and train w/ Steve and Jamie one day.


The pup I kept from that breeding went to the 05 Master National. Looks JUST LIKE Jamie. Wish I had a whole yard full of Jamie pups.

I've got two, and I feel very fortunate. They are two of the most personable animals, and the fox red "talks" just like his daddy. When we go to train, I just know he's asking "are we there yet?"

After Jamie was retired, I would sit and throw birds, and he would come out to be my me, so he could "steal" my birds.... typically he'd trade a bumper Steve had given him for a real bird.... he thought he was so clever! He even did that the Saturday before he passed. I'll never forget that personality, or that 350 yard blind he lined at Mid-Illinois.
