Has anyone ever seen a "fly proof bird box", either comerical or home made? The flies get into them so quickly here this time of year, and you can have maggots in them in 1 day.
This would be used to keep a small amount, may 4 to 6 dead birds, after they are used in the field. Keep the box on the line and insert delivered bird, and close top.
I sure do need one.

We have a few boxes made of a wood frame with a fine window screen fabric. a hinged lid on top. there are rows of nails on the inside to hold birds by their heads to dry also. They are about 15"X 36" X 30" deep/high. each box will hold about 16 - 20 birds. Jim
