Flying Pups

I am having a litter of pups. I have people all over the country that are interested in these dogs.
What airline will fly them?
What should I ship them in?
What are some things that I will need to do/Know?

Delta is fine with me too. Continental, IMHO does a little bit better job. A little more expensive too, but worth it. Just make sure to call the airport and get the paperwork ahead of time and have it all filled out before you get there. Paul
