Just wondering from those of you who feed this food how much you feed your puppy.

The bag says to feed my 16 week old pup 2- 2 1/4 cups a day.

He seems like he is starving and hasnt been on it long enough to gauge if this is the proper amount to see him as far as body size goes.

I don't know where you're reading that but at 16 weeks, mine would be on 3-4 cups a day, depending. Fromm recommended feeding at 12-16 weeks 10-20 lbs is 2-3 1/4 cups, for 20-30 lbs, 3 1/4 to 4 1/4 cups per day. My 8 week olds would be on 2 cups at least.

does it say 2 cups to 2.25 cups or does it say 2 2.25 cups?

because 2 2.25 cups is 4.5 cups i.e. 2x2.25=4.5

just guessing but i could be wrong

my 8 week pup is eating 3 cups a day per eukanuba instruction so i know yours has to eat more

You need to look at the age of your pup plus the weight of your dog to know the correct amount to feed. You are feeding your dog what a 10-20 lb pup would be weighing at that time....and I don't think your dog weighs only that at four months. You need to increase his food.
