Lounging on a cold March Saturday. Sap is not running. I have one and one thirds dogs on my lap. Fast asleep from a morning frolic. I was going to get up for a hot cup. But it would disturb them and they are quiet and comfortable.
Yet I am able to reach my telephone.
So I am wondering. What is the most dogs you have ever had on your lap?
I have had three adult Chesapeakes. That was slightly uncomfortable as I recall.

Three for me, 2 are goldens, the third one is a Jack Russell mix so I’m not sure if that counts as 2 or 3.. Either way I’m pretty sure there’s no more room for a fourth one of any size.

If I let them they all would be in my lap. But not laps. I let one jump on the bed during naps UNTIL my wife catches us then we are both run off.

What I want to know is there a secret training tip on stopping them from being annoying when putting socks on for the day? What should take seconds takes minutes with their darn heads in the way, my face getting licked and ears being sniffed.
