Can someone lead me in the direction to delete a post on here in the started section.

Click EDIT button on the bottom right
Click DELETE on bottom right

If that doesn't work, you might simply edit it with some "replacement text"

You must first log in.

Step 2.

Click on edit tab on the bottom of the screen of the post you want to delete.

Step 3
Click on Delete

Step 4.
check delete message button.


You can only delete YOUR personal posts.

I think only the mods can delete posts in the classifieds, so just pm them. Otherwise, just put sold or whatever in the text for now.

I just proofed my method!

I advertised an extra extra Large PINK thong with clean low miles cheap!!

I deleted it with my method..

In case sum a yous saw it before I deleted it,,, It aint fer sale!!

OK, Gooser, but I know you can't delete puppy ads yourself, or at least, you couldn't before. Now you better go answer all those pm's wanting your pink thong. ;-)

I really rolled the dice on that one.

I cant Imagine havin to contact Lainee to have a thong add removed....

She wouldnt a done it ,,just to be mean..

Please initiate your ad by putting your state abbreviation (location of the litter) at the beginning of your subject line.

The Classifieds for Started Dogs will no longer show any ads older than 60 days. During the 60 day period that ads are listed, any and all ads may be edited by the advertiser an unlimited number of times.

During the 60 day time period, all advertisers are asked to edit their ads to keep them current and up-to-date. Once you have sold your dog, please edit your ad to include the word "SOLD". The ad will then be deleted.

Duplication of any Started Dog ad before the 60 day removal date will be grounds for ad deletion and RTF account deactivation....

Please include your contact information (either email or phone number) in your ad.

All you have to do to have your ad deleted is follow the guidelines posted as a Sticky at the top of the forum.

Edit your ad to show "SOLD" ... it will then be deleted when I prune the classified ads each day.
