Can a youngster run a dog in a stake he already has a title? Ex: HR dog run in started by a seven year old who has experience helping dad, but would think getting a ribbon to be way cool.

Most certainly. The dog won't get any points but the child will get a ribbon for sure.

Definitely - had a 5 year old run a GRHRCH in Started and that young lady went home with a ribbon. That is one of the great things about HRC, it encourages the youth to participate so they will be the hunters and members of tomorrow.

Yep, I seen a 6 year old girl run her dads finished dog. It means nothing for the dog as far as points but the kids have a ball and get a ribbon.

You can also do the same thing in AKC hunt tests, any handler under 18 years of age can run any titled dog at any level. So a young person could run a MH in Junior. Great way to give them some line experience!
