HRC Bucket of Water

When you attain one of your HRC titles there is the traditional bucket of water poured over your head. Anyone know when, where, and why this tradition was started? Sure feels great though!!!!!

Some people have dogs that are not going on to Finished. I don't think it really hurts anyone to wet them down.

If you have a chance to title a dog just bring a change of clothes.
