I've seen the good and bad side of "getting folks wet" for titles and I have taken several soakings myself.
Overall I'm for it and think it is just part of it, BUT there are limits. If someone clearly does not want to partake, then they should be left alone and not forced or pressured. If it's 40 degrees out, then maybe just a bottle or cup over the head, instead of the usual 10 gallons. If they are a pro that has 12 dogs on the truck with 6 of them titling, we should leave them alone.
