In the recent threads on here and other forums, it seems to be an increase in equipment theft. How, or do you identify your collars, wingers, etc. should it turn up missing? I just recently purchased a new TT collar and don't know if I can use an engraver on it without causing it damage. Thanks.

If you haven't done so already, register your collar and transmitter w/ Tritronics. Collars and transmitters have id numbers on them, this would also be true if you purchase electronics for your wingers and they're Tritronics. If you have wingers etc. put some sort of id on them or add some crazy spray paint on them to render them too easy to id to sell.

Registering TT is a great idea. Found a collar and called TT with the serial number and they were able to tell me the store it was sold from but because the owner never registered it they could not give me any other info.. Also if you do have TT stuff stolen you can contact both collar clinic and TT and they might eventually get it back for you.
