What do you think about one of these? Japanese Mini Truck!

Kennel Boy has used them a bunch on job sites, and it is a third of the price of the Kubota I want!

Anyone used one for training? I am just thinking about all of the storage!!! Keep it loaded in the garage . . .

My question would be how much "damge" would they cause on the terrain?

ATVs and other such vechiles already cause some damage and they look a lot lighter than tat thing - but it sure looks fun!!

Where can you get them??

I don't know an actual curb weight, but they have atv tires on them and aren't much heavier if any than something like a polaris ranger or similar. They will go just as many places as one and they are one helluva lot warmer and can haul so much more. Its kind of wierd shifting gears left handed though

If I wasn't 6'7" I'd get one, (they are definitely made for a smaller man than me) You can buy one jacked up with atv tires and camo'd for between $5500 - $6500. They can be made street legal with not much work at all other than paperwork.

here is one you can check out online, I have seen plenty locally for less http://www.gatortraxboats.com/new_page_1.htm

Kennel Boy is going to do the custom work - neighbor has an auto collision shop for painting, etc. so we paid a whole lot less than that, but have to leave to go pick it up.

If you're on the East Coast, contact Ferguson Tractor in Emporia VA. They are related to Steve (choco dog on Derby list!) Ferguson.

Got to go take a road trip!

Where can you get service?….learned a longtime ago from a bad experience that when buying tractors or other all terrain vehicles service is almost, if not more important, than price.
I would imagine any normal foriegn auto repair shop could work on these.

A Pinzgauer is not the same thing. Those are full size.

I don't know the size, but I would be concerned with weight in wet areas. It looks to be "tippy" if driven across side hills, which you should not be doing anyway; straight up and down is better and safer.
That weight could contribute to all 4 tires spinning and chewing up the land with ruts. Land owners don't like that. I'm sure your training partner doesn't!! :)

A large ATV or Mule, Ranger type vehicle, driven properly, would be less impact on the land I would think. Of course it all depends on how it's driven....... any vehicle. These would be able to carry all of the equipment you should need.

I usually have so much stuff on my Honda Rubicon that I can't go fast and avoid deep mud just so I will not get stuck.

What time savers these things are :!: :!:
