I have just started my 8mo clf on force fetch.
She is holding the dowel sloppy and even want to lay down when she is holding it.
How do you deal with this and just to day when I called her to come with the dowel in her mouth she wanted to play catch me if you can. I got her to finally come by going the other way but I had to stop training it got to ME.
Thanks for any help Jeff

By chance, are you following a training program? It sounds like she is training you. I would imagine that doing a search here would come up with some helpful tips. Otherwise...Maybe a experienced dog folk in your area can help.
Just advice....
