After a year and a half of smelly lab foot in my face at night I just noticed that my girl's left rear paw is twice the size of her right. Now don't get me wrong you wouldn't think it when she blows by you at 100mph , but should this be a concern? and what might this be..a birth defect?

Have a vet look at it. Could she have some sort af abcess?Is it draining?

No....this from best I can tell is no inury per say. I just guess one developed larger than the other. If you look at it one is half the size of the other.
