Shayne - that's just a bad rumour that it is cold in Canada. You are mistaking us with your northern mid-west states.

If you want to enjoy some southern Ontario sunshine and hospitality, put June 8,9,10 on your field trial schedule. We are just 2 hours from Detroit in "God"s Country" on Lake Erie. It will be a H... of a lot warmer than it is going to be at next weekend's northern US trials!! :lol:

I believe that they are even having a puppy stake.

Among the best FTs in Ontario -- and if the tailgate is anything like last year's, not to be missed -- last year it was a game dinner that included wild turkey soup, wild duck, venison sausage, and venison steak -- besides loads of salads and desserts -- make sure you come hungry -- and Peter is right there is a puppy stake again this year -- hope to see some of our American RTFers there

Please plan to attend LONG POINT RETRIEVER FIELD TRIAL -- it will be worth the visit -- easy to get to from several US border crossings -- June 8th to 10th -- THE ABSOLUTE BEST TAIL GATE IN ONTARIO -- GREAT TRIAL GROUNDS TOO -- CERTAINLY WILL BE WARMER THAN LAST WEEKEND IN OHIO
