Just quick reminder -- Long Point RTC is running a Puppy Stake on Saturday June 9th -- you can enter up to start of stake on Saturday morning -- and don't forget that great Tailgate on Saturday night.

Just made the monster trip back from swamp dog just under 7 hours (wife said my dog was doing good). Well I talked to Chuck when I reached WNY cell coverage and he said my female Moljnir's Cassie won her second qual and is now QFTR & JFTR. Wahoo

Wow...what a fantastic weekend.

I would like to thank everyone that attended the LPRTC's 2007 trial. The weather was fantastic....Competition was Wonderful! Great Judging! The Tail Gate was truely awesome this year. Grilled salmon...Grilled Chicken...Venison....Fresh PEI Mussells....Salads Galore. Thanks Dan and Gloria for being such wonderful hosts.

I was so busy this weekend I have not written down the Finishers to post. But if it isn't done today....I shall do it tommorrow.

A fanatastic weekend -- even a power shortage in Port Rowan and parts of Long Point on Friday couldn't "short circuit" this FT -- a great great TAILGATE on Saturday -- we can't thank Dan and Gloria enough -- special memories for me were: 1) watching Chuck herd cattle on ATV; 2) the food at the TAILGATE; 3) Vera accepting 2nd place ribbon for Dana's first Qualifying -- I'm not sure Vera's feet have touched the ground yet; 4) the food at the TAILGATE 5) dancing for the first time at any FT (congrats again to Dave and Darlene); 6) did I mention the salmon, venison, steamed mussels, and wild turkey soup besides all the great desserts .... the food at the TAILGATE was beyond words; 7) all the old and new friends I got to see -- can't wait for next year -- the view of the sunset from the back deck was great too .. as great as the food at the TAILGATE!!!!!
