My pup seems to have a little loss of appettite after we went to the vet and got his second round of puppy shots. He also has vomited some of his food which looks to be un processed. Any thoughts?

Many pups feel a "bit under the weather" after a round of vaccines. I'd wait something like 48 hours and if there's no improvement, call the vet to see if something else is needed. I don't think a 2nd visit is warranted unless he takes a turn for the worse. Things to watch for are fluid intake and bowel movements. If he stops drinking, has diarrhea, or has a fever. You can check for fluids by pinching the coat and gently then drawing it up. Then let go. If it rebounds, he's getting enough fluids. If it stays pinched, he needs fluids and possibly immediate attention.

Chances are, it's nothing to worry about.

"Unprocessed" food isn't that abnormal if they ate the food recently.

He seems to be eating fine now. He still wasnt eating his food last night but this morning he did and he has kept it down

That's great. I asked my vet today if lethargy wasn't common after 12 week shots. She said it indeed could be...especially if worming went along with the shots.
