I added this question to another thread last night, not many bites, so I'll try it on it's own.

With the new MN rules and time frame.

2007 qual. period from Aug. 1 2006 to July 31 2007, failures only count after Jan 1st 2007 for the 5 of 7 rule.

For 2008, the qual period ---- I THINK -----is from Jan 1 2007 to DEC 31 2007.

If this is correct then passes up until July 31 2007 will count towards 2007's and 2008's nationals?

Is my thinking right?

I don't think there was any change made to the qualifying dates. t will still be 1 year from August 1 through July 31.

Qualification period for the 2008 Master National is 1 Aug 2007 through 31 July 2008.

Thanks Guys, I thought I had read early on in the transition process that the MN was going to a calendar year.

Can't find it now, guess we'll still have to start over again in August.
