At the end of the recording they prompt you to press "1". Then you get the Veterinarian.

See the thread below on Nutra Nuggets which is the food in question manufactured by Diamond. The food safety person at Costco is disingenuous as the the product in question has an Oct 9 & 10th 2008 expiration date. The product on the floor at our local Costco has an August 2008 expiration date. The assistant manager said there was later expiration dates warehoused in the back.

Costco would not pull product until they knew which bags were poisoned even in the Visalia store where they knew 4 dogs that ate the food were suffering from kidney failure. I gave the batch numbers and expiration dates to our local Costco as they had not received them yet.

Sorry, I just turned the computer back on.

Like Russ said, it was just one batch of Nutra Nuggets and only was shipped to stores on the west coast from what I was told.

Sorry I wasn't as forthcoming passing along what I was told, but didn't want to muddy things with any incorrect information.

I hope you got through to Diamond today.

I'm still a Diamond customer.
