Darn that yellow girl, close again!

She has her Am-handled Open (110+ entered) win, all she needs are points to flesh the titles out.

great trial

great grounds
great workers
great judges
great tests
only got a JAM but enjoyed the whole weekend
keep up the good work - not many clubs, grounds, etc that can still do this
triples in the open and 1st in am, nice blinds - open blind was awesome to watch - maybe 400+ yards with an almost 200 yard entry??

had a wonderful weekend

I couldn't agree with you more, Terry. Very hospitable group.

I saw Pauly Sletten run that open water blind with Vince...... it was awesome. (Steve Faith got his win for Eve's AFc on those grounds with almost the exact same water blind. )

Lots of fun and memories on those grounds..... I remember Jamie lining a 300 yard+ land blind (no such thing as pure land at Mid-Illinois with all those water pockets)..... I titled my first HRC dog in seasoned there on those grounds last year... a Jamie son.

Ran into some people I hadn't seen for awhile..... :D

Anyone know if this is the same Bill Truax that played Tightend for the Los Angeles Rams back in the 70's and LSU in the late 60's?

Don't think so..... Bill's a member at the Madison Retriever Club, is FT chairman, on the board, and even so, is still a little young to be playing for LSU in the late 60's!!!! I'd say late 30s, early 40s.... crabby as an old guy during the club FT... (don't anyone told him I said that.... I mean just because I said it on the internet doesn't mean he has to know....!!!)
