I don't think it is at Banner Marsh. According to the Premium, it is being held at a new location this year. There are directions and a map in the Premium on Entry Express:

DirectionsFrom Table Grove: Follow IL Rte 136 toward Ipava. Turn right (South) at N. Ayrshire Rd. (about 1.25 miles past VIT Jr Sr High School). Follow N. Ayrshire Rd. approximately 2 miles South to the Trial Headquarters located at the intersection of N. Ayrshire Rd. and E. Quarter Rd.

From Ipava: Follow IL Rte 136 toward Table Grove. Turn Left (South) at N. Ayrshire Rd. (about 3 miles from Ipava). Follow N. Ayrshire Rd. approximately 2 miles South to the Trial Headquarters located at the intersection of N. Ayrshire Rd. and E. Quarter Rd.
