Middle Tn. Am. Ret. Club Junior Handler Event & Hunt Tes
The Middle Tennessee Amateur Retriever Club (MTARC) will be hosting the Spring 06 sanctioned AKC Hunt Test the weekend of May 19-21. The event will have a double master stake with a single senior and junior test. The first master will begin on Friday May 19 as will the senior event, the 2nd master will start on Saturday and finally the junior will be held on Sunday. Please come and enjoy the event as the grounds are in great shape, excellent judges are aligned and the Poole Knob Wildlife Management area is always beautiful in the Spring. The Middle Tennessee Amateur Retriever Club (MTARC) will host a non AKC sanctioned Junior Hunter style test for children of all ages, disadvantaged youth, special needs youth and senior citizens. This event will be at the Poole Knob Wildlife Management Area located near Nashville, Tenn. There is no entry fee, qualified dogs will be available for those wanting to ?handle?! All participants will receive a commemoration memento of their ?trip to the line?. MTARC club members and other volunteers will be on hand to assist any and all handlers! This event will start at noon on May 20th near the club headquarters on the Poole Knob grounds.
