I have 2 NEF .22's and they have worked great for the past year or so. But now that we have been training in the cold (10-20degress) the hammer won't lock back. Anyone else have this problem?
Needs to be cleaned Mike and a very fine oil used.Mike Peters-labguy23 said:I have 2 NEF .22's and they have worked great for the past year or so. But now that we have been training in the cold (10-20degress) the hammer won't lock back. Anyone else have this problem?
That is cool 8) I just never use mine like that. The hammer on mine does lock back. I went out and got it from the truck, very cold. :shock:Granddaddy said:For one reason, I use a grand-daughter as a birdgirl
Off topic but she has also titled a retriever, duck hunts & shot flyers for us (under her dad's close supervision) this past Sat. Out of 25 flyers they only had one runner. Her dad has shorten the stock on a 20 ga. Rem 1100 youth model & she's a pretty good shot........and she's only 9 yrs old.Ken Bora said:That is cool 8) I just never use mine like that.
