Special thanks to Nancy (Erinsedge) and Vicki (Ladyduckhunter) for advising me through this breeding. Couldn't have done it without y'all! (Don't be fooled into thinking I won't be hitting you up with more questions...)

Talk about luck with a first litter... 1st pup came at 9:40AM and last was 2:26PM. Guess I stayed up all night the past (3) nights for nothing...

Ended up with (2) YLW F, (2) BLK F, (2) BLK M, and (3) YLW M for a grand total of (9) puppies. No single runt, most within 1/2 OZ of each other. (3) lightest weighed 14 5/8 oz. Heaviest 1LB 1 5/8OZ

For those of you that like to crunch the statistics... All females came first. Heaviest (3) pups were #s 6,7, and 8...

Our good friend and vet stopped by on his way home and gave mom and all pups the thums up!

They are beautiful, Congratulations!

Mom looks tired as I'm sure you are.... whelping right after you did so much for our club hunt test!

And for the record, I didnt' really give you much advice, I was just on the end of the phone when you needed reassurances. You did a good job taking care of everything.

Look forward to watching the little ones growing up.
