northeast la rc had to cancel so i'm sorta scramblin to find a new HT for that weekend....

besides the ones on shaynes EE, can anyone else give me some that are w/in a reasonable distance from jackson, ms on that weekend?

Hi Gator,
You can do a calendar event search on AKC's website to get a list of all approved AKC Retriever Hunt tests by date. Here's the link:

It looks like there's a test in Ohio, which I'm guessing is a little futher than you'd like to commute and one in Texas. The Texas test looks to be a double junior/senior with no Master offered.

Yes, that is right, Alamo's test is Double Junior and Double Senior. They decided not to hold a Master test because the Master National begins that weekend in Palestine.

Not an AKC - but Cajun is having their HRC fall hunt test that weekend in Esterwood.
May be a problem finding a place to stay unless you have a camper though.
