I called them one time and a person answered the phone - it was in the middle of the work day for me (1:30 or 2:00 Mountain time)

you might just go to the website and do a search with your pups AKC registration number. I've had the results get lost in the mail but find the results on the website.

I've talked to them many times on the phone and always have good luck talking with a rep.

There phone number is: 573-442-0418

Depending on there case load it usually takes 2 weeks but could be longer if they have alot of x-rays to read.

When I called I got ahold of someone there and was able to talk to one of the DVM's there about my dogs broken hip and being able to send her rads in for evaluation.
