I have a couple of young men that are coming to work for me this summer. I need a couple of old white jacket's for them. I would prefer the thinnest material available. If anyone has some laying around they don't need I would like to purcahse them please. Thanks for any help. Probably L-XL.

Call around to your local uniform rental companies such as Aramark or Servpro, and see if they have any old white dentist jackets or short lab coats. These are generally available at a minimal cost and should work well for you.

Army surplus stores (Winter Whites) they work great and they are cotton

Check with your local steakhouse/restaurant for used chef jackets. They're white, oversized, cotton, and cheap.
I always thought there was more than a passing resembalance between the food channel/Iron chef stuff and field trials anyway.

have you checked at your local paint store for painters coats ? around here they are only $ 4- 5 apiece and are extremely light weight .

Men's white dress shirts with the dry cleaning tags still on..... .90 (cents) at the thrift store. And that's for the designer shirts. :lol:
