Wanted to share photos of our new dog truck with everyone. We've had a topper, 2 different trailers and finally decided last fall to bite the bullet and order a chassis mount.

I'm not going to do a review, but want to say thank you to the great folks from Ainley. Ron and Jane have great company. Chad and the guys in the shop did a great job on the box. I was able to watch them mount the box...very, very impressive. The attention to detail is unreal!

Very nice, but what does a set up like that get for Fuel mileage?

Thanks. I was avg. close to 14 mpg until I hit a 30 mph wind when I got to ND, then it went to 12.5. I didn't think it was bad. Going down to Iowa I got 14.8 mpg for an avg. That was driving 5 mph above posted speed limit both ways.

Question, whyd you go with a 6 hole chassis mount?

Because we only have 5 dogs. One hole is reserved for future talent :)
;-) good reasoning, but why not a topper instead? Or a trailer? Just wondering.
