But Fox New Channel's Greta Van Sustern was sitting two feet behind Paris in the courtroom and she reported the girl cleary needs medical help. She is as white as a ghost, unable to stop crying, and can't stop shaking. Reports from inside the jail said she cannot eat.

I have changed my mind. I don't think she needs to go to the main jail. I think she needs to go to a psychiatric hospital.

The desired result would be the same -- a new reality.

No - in the psych ward she would get meds for her detox. In the regular 'cell' she wouldn't.

Prisons have hospitals where she can detox in if she is indeed going through detox. They can also provide her with psychiatric help if necessary. It could also be an act put on by Paris the actress. Maybe Martha Stewart can call her up and give her some advice about surviving prison.
