Not a product review, but a retailer review. Had a great experience ordering from Gun Dog Supply (www.gundogsupply.com) on-line. I ordered four items, one of which was backordered a few days. I received both an e-mail AND a phone call letting me know this fact, and that the backordered item would be mailed as soon as possible, with no additional charge for shipping. Well, everything arrived rather quickly, and the backordered item was only delayed one day.

I'd buy from them again.
