Lets see some pics of various displays of ribbons-awards and the like that you and you dogs have earned!!

I was thinking to build a shadow box type frame for my dogs first title when/if we ever get there! Maybe something holding the ribbons for each pass and a nice photo in there too!

Here's what I did for my boy. The backing is sheets of white melamine that you get at Menard's, Home Depot, etc. Then I framed it with 1 x 2 painted glossy white, mitred to be like a picture frame and then just stapled on from the back side of the melamine board. I was afraid glass would be too heavy, so there's a piece of heavy vinyl, from a fabric store, hanging over it to keep the dust off, and held on with velco. Inexpensive and easy.

Barb,

I like what you did -- and will follow up on your tip to velcro and hang clear vinyl to keep the dust off. We have our ribbons up on walls in our basement. They get darn dusty. The clear vinyl suggestion to keep dust off is a good one.

Don't know if you have JoAnn Fabrics stores where you are, but that's where I got mine. They frequently have 40% off coupons online, and they also take competitors coupons :)

That is a great way to keep ribbons out! I like the pictures mixed in ...dust cover. Have framed pictures all over the place that I love, but could put out more this way. Much more interesting to see the dogs amongst their awards :)

I think we have a JoAnn's still...going to check on it.

Have been wanting to hang a tribute to our first Golden boy, "Andi"..this would be a great way to do that.

Thanks for posting..

Here's my display. Not much. This is my first dog and the "HR" title was our first one we earned last spring. Since we could only get 4 ribbons(and im partial to it being our first title) i got them framed. This last fall we got our HRCH and the ribbons at the bottom are our passes so far. I'm going to frame his certificate and have the ribbons on display beside it somehow so i can keep adding more. Any ideas?
