We learned this weekend that a legend is gone.

Rest in peace, dear Auggie. May you pin your marks and line your blinds in Heaven as you did on this earth.

Our sympathy and best wishes go out to Ole Jackson. Auggie was a great one.

and hundreds of dog folks who
loved and admired Auggie.

sorry to hear it...probably the last 400+AA point dog many will see for quite some time. He leaves quite a legacy as a competitor and as a stud dog...Will undoubtedly be in the RHOF the first time he is eligible

I don't know Mr. Jackson and have no business on this thread. Only saw Auggie twice. But-anyone who even makes a feeble attempt at this game knows that a record like his doesn't just happen. It takes a special, gifted animal and someone who takes him to line knowing how to let him show what he's got.

Auggie must have had a big ol' heart and I'm sure he touched many who trained with and ran against him.

Condolences,

M

Very sorry to hear this.

I never saw Creek Robber, but have always been in awe of his accomplishments. I would have loved to been on that circuit when Auggie, Carbon, Chopper, Fargo and the rest of that group of champions were throwing down every weekend.

My condolences to Mr. Jackson and all who loved Creek Robber.

Respect.
