I have wondered why I don?t see many clubs, at least in this area, that sell tee shirts at their FT/HT. This seems like it could be a good money maker for clubs with little outlay of cash. All the rugby, softball (crap, I used rugby and softball in the same sentence, all my rugby buds are going to kick my butt), golf, darts, and fishing tournaments I have been to always sell them and the clubs make good money off of them. I love what I do with the dogs and would love to wear tee shirts from various clubs or events. Actually to save money printing shirts they would be better from a club standpoint if they were simply club shirts rather than event shirts because then you would not have to worry about leftovers.
Does your club sell them at events? If so how did it go?

I thought I put a NO never vote in there. Anyone know how to edit a poll?

local clubs that sell shirts (or have): lower alabama, atlanta, east TN, mid TN

I will ALWAYS buy a club shirt. I love them, esp the dark colored ones.

Lower AL has a great logo, but they haven't been selling stuff lately.

THRC has a great logo and should sell stuff << probably most suprising that they don't.

Depending on how you start it up, it can be pretty costly to get them printed, but I know I'd always buy one.

Logo TShirts

Tallahassee just went through a logo change, so hopefully there will be caps, vests & polo shirts for sale at the Fall Test.
Hunt Tests will be Oct. 20-23. Back to back Master, Senior & Junior tests.
Make your motel reservations early!

Problem with selling shirts are:

Getting the colors and sizes correct...

Finding someone willing to haul them around and store them. Also, someone has to watch the merchandise, collect money etc, when there are other functional jobs that need to be filled (e.g. Marshal).

You can sell a lot of XL and XXL, but small and medium tend to not sell very well.

I used to buy them, but have waaay too many T-shirts already.

I find that I don't wear T shirts much anymore... I prefer something with more sun protection and venting.

Northeast Florida HRC always has hats, tee-shirts and cool lightweight, vented shirts by Columbia in either tan or camo with our logo for sale. We have them available at hunt tests and fun hunts and on most training days. We also now have window stickers with our logo but I'm sure only members will be interested in them.
