I've seen many threads here about best method to ship a dog. I always thought an airline approved crate was best but this morning I learned all you need is a small box...

A friend loaned me a 40 X 40 dura-whelp box and I can't seem to keep momma in it other than when feeding. When she lays down along the wall her head is on one pig rail and rump is on the opposite so I assumed she didn't like laying in it because it was too small. This is where we found her sleeping when we went in the puppy room to weigh everyone this morning!

She is really pretty and I can certainly understand wanting to get away from the kids for a while. :)
