Trying to decide on a puppy program. I feel like that was one area I was lacking and held me back training my last lab. I know Evan is on this forum but I have had recommendations for both his puppy program and Sound Beginnings. I will be working into Lardy's Total Retriever training 2. So that is my question I am sure they will both be great programs but which will transition more smoothly into TRT2?

Evan's material is excellent, but I think the puppy DVD was thrown together to have something to market against the other people. JMHO Vic

Sound Beginnings and/or Hillmann's puppy are BY FAR the best 2 puppy DVDs out there. I personally would recommend both because they both have some things that the other does not that are very good for the puppy to be exposed to. Sound beginnings is inexpensive as well. Well worth the $$$.
