I just recently bought a used SD-2000 off of a friend of mine that is getting out of the training business.

I was wondering if you have owned one what your take on this model is. I saw where a lot of people are having trouble with the sd-400 and sd-800. But I am only interested in the good and the bad of the wetland hunter.

No problems with the SD-2000 we have as of yet. Bought it about 6 months ago...

I have no complaints on my SD-2000's. I have had 1 since the first month they became available (2 1/2 years ago) and 1 that is about 1 year old.

ease of use
custom programming
add/change collars programmed to transmitter with ease.

I had one, range was nothing close to advertised and didn't work all the time.
