I have a dog box in the bed of my GMC Sierra. It's height is flush with the bed. I am wanting to put a tonneau cover on. On those ones that are like a tri-fold, do you just fold them twice? This would open up the bed and allow me to use the dog box? I just am wondering what some possible options would be.

I have a tonneau cover on my truck bed, and the dog box in the back. I also have a bed slide too, which increases the height, but I took the middle bar out of the tonneau cover to cover it.

When my dog is not in the box, I close the tonneau cover. When the dog is in the box, the tonneau cover is opened up (tri-fold).

It is a great way to cover your bed to not let people know what you have in there (i.e. training equipment, etc). With the tri-fold, it also allows for an area of the bed to be shielded from the elements when the cover is open
