What are you guys paying for training grounds and how much per acre if you lease? Are they the same price as cattle or hay properties.
What kind of restrictions do you see.
Same question for club training grounds? What do you pay for club grounds , when anyone in the club can come and train, anytime.
We have some properties to use for free, but hate to wear out the welcome
Just need to find more with better water.
What are yall doing to get alot of land to train on?
Thanks, Brad

if they dont own the land outright, there are a few that have some well heeled clients that allow them to set up on their grounds....years ago no one ever heard of Bryan/College Station/Giddings unless you were a student at A&M....now it seems its the winter mecca for many pros and some of their clients

I kinda figured alot of pros, would have clients with land and was wondering.
Wonder how they can afford to pay for enough land to train on, if they buy it .

years ago the land around BCS/Giddings wasnt worth much, but those who speculated and saw its potential, like the Culbertson-Fuller, Helgoth's, Heise and Rorem are now sitting on PRIME tracts of land

look at North Texas...the communities of Valley View, Sanger,Argyle,Allen,Pilot Point,Lake Dallas,Flower Mound and others were only known to the local yokels....now you got the Dallas money trying to get out of the metroplex, they even put a Cabelas in Allen...I used to shoot doves where Stonebridge CC is now located, and hunt ducks on the north end of Lake D when it would flood.....those places are long gone
