Do you vary sides?

When you run wagon wheel drills and /or pattern blinds do you alternate or vary the side from which you send your dog to a known point?
IMHO it makes a difference and varying sides makes for better lines and better point of focus.

What Richard said. But also it is a great time to practice bringing the dog in on both sides and running from either side to get a better read from your dog on what it will do in given circumstances. It gives the dog confidence in taking an initial set up and running straight lines, IMHO.

Bingo! Even though I don't use it alot until the dogs are older. It's a good time to get our footwork and communication down.
