I found the banter in the background quite humourous and yes it is Tracy Stubbs.

Thanks for posting, brought back one of my fondest, and proudest moments ever at a test for me. Entered only one dog in that Grand, made it to the tri-tonics water test on the 4th day. Committee asked me if I wanted to run a test dog, and fearing the possibility of being embarrassed, I knew it was a great opportunity to have two looks at the test. I went to my trailer and grabbed my 9 yr old GRHRCH MH who I retired and did not enter due to failing eyesight. After the handlers briefing, me and my ole boy stepped up to the plate. He smoked the marks and blind, and I came off the line feeling so proud of my test dog, I could have went home happy, had my other dog not even passed. But, we got through it, and the upland, but running that test will always remain a very memorable day in our lives!
