Tuna Brownies
2 cans tuna in water (don't drain)
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour (up to 1 1/2 cup)
powdered garlic
parmesan cheese
vegetable oil
Pulse the tuna and water in food processor, and add eggs until it is pretty soupy. If it looks thick, add some oil. Pour into bowl, sprinkle with garlic powder and add the flour slowly. Mix with a spoon; it should be like really moist brownie dough. Grease a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Smooth it out on the pan (can use rolling pin). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cook at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Check after 15 minutes: it should be the consistency of putty. Cook longer if needed. Let cool and cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
