Just an fyi if you happen to be considering a GPS unit for your rig...

Lowrance has released a new mid-sized model - the iway 600. thus, you can find some smokin' deals on the iway 500 right now, as low as $199 on ebay for new in the box units.

I bought an iway 500c 2 years ago and couldn't be more pleased with it - it's easy to use, the color screen is plenty big and you can store a ton of waypoints on it.

I wouldn't be able to find any of my hunting spots, or probably my way home, without it...

that's at least partially true - the other part of it is that I am truly, truly directionally challenged...there's some palces I've been to a dozen times and I still can't find 'em in the dark...

Hey Greg,

Can the 500 load topo maps? I would use if for 4x4 also. If so may have to pick one up as it is a lot cheaper than a Garmin 60CX
