Let me preface this by saying that I am not in any way affiliated with this company. I got access to this service by using another program and I liked it so much, I bought the no ad subscription. The subscription version lets you monitor the weather in several different locations very easily. I also like the alert notifications (you get those even in the free version).
Anyway, for those of you who enjoy monitoring the weather, it's a good service.

I had used Weather Bug years ago on my old computer but when I replaced computers 2 years ago I did not re-install the weatherbug. I just recently did after I saw it mentioned here. I have now uninstalled it as it caused my computer to dial up the internet constantly. See the thread on the main forum regarding computer problems.

I like having the weather access but it is not worth it to me to have my computer taking over and having a constant internet connection. Having only the one phone line - it is just not acceptable.
