I know this is cajun for something but does anybody out there in swampville know what this means?..I tried Webster's Dictionary but there is no such word.I have decided to seek the qualified help here on RTF ...Thanks in advance

Since my workplace is full of Cajuns, I asked around. Popular consenus is that it doesn't mean anything, kind of like the name Jones. Maybe it means something in Creole, however we have no Creoles around here to ask. By-the-way, the Secretary Of Racing at Evangeline Downs is named Jimmy Boulais.

How 'bout dem Cajun race horsing jockeys!?!

Horse racing and breeding is huge down here. There are five workout horse tracks within four miles of my house. A trip to Cajunland wouldn't be complete with a visit to Evangeline Racino. All those Cajun jockeys one sees of TV all got there start there.
