Looks like a good time. SD is one of the best places in the country to hunt ducks, geese, and pheasants.
Definately needs to be on your bucket list John.

 

I live in Webster. If I told you how many honkers and ducks I average each year you'd hate me. Shhhh--let's keep it quiet!

 

Nice photo's, Hattie (the chocolate) is a great pheasant dog, I winged my first ever pheasant and she ran it down in thick cattails. Thanks again for the great trip.

How'd you keep um so clean and dry looking?

 

All of my pics were taken after the hunt. Labs shed mud pretty quick and dry off...

I wish I would get more actions shots during the hunt.

 

Nice pictures. I miss my lab and hope to get another one after my next dog is gone.

 

Great pics where were you? We have been having pretty good luck in the northern part of the state the lower east portion has been a bit dry and the birds are weary of Deeks

 

Webster area, mainly north of webster and traveled east of webster some days trying to find better pheasant numbers.
