Portable 12volt kennel fan BATTERY HELP

OK Technology Challanged !!!!!
Just bought a Road Pro 12volt fan for my Rough Tough kennel
I can "plug in to lighter accessory" and run from Tahoe battery when at test or training days. But concerned how long I can allow it to run without depleting battery
from what I can tell it "draws". .60 amps I think !!
What are you all doing running fans for extended periods Are you buying and using extra battery , any small solar panels , small deep cell ,etc
Not looking for a substantial cash outlay ,but am willing to invest some $ for proper set up

I bought one of those portable power pack. I use it to run the fan and other stuff. I purchased it at walmart for 100ish +-

Google battery separator and battery isolator.Choose with one works the best for you.

I did the same and with the quick start jumper cables and small tire/air compressor. Comes in handy and can be recharged by the truck.

Thanks how long will those power paks keep the fan running. Looking for at least 6-8 hours and is there a "minimun" size to get if I go that direction

I use a lawn tractor battery and a solar recharger. They drawback is that the battery wont recharge while the fans are running for some reason. Im sure theres a way around that but Ive never looked in to it. It works for me but your needs may differ.

I've easily gotten 8 hours from my mid-range Black and Decker. If you need two days without having to refresh the battery then I think a deep cycle is the way to go. Like you am not an amp&ohm expert. Batteries Plus might have some ideas.

I use a marine battery and have three fans hooked up to it. It lasts about a day and a half before I have to recharge. I bring the charger with me, but the solar charger is a great idea!

I had a charging line installed on my truck and have a marine battery to run fans off. I have run it up to 4 days with very little charging ( back and forth to motel).

I want to get a marine battery to run 2 Endless Breeze fans. Questions to those of you with a marine battery:

Type - Do you have AGM or Gel Cell?
What size (Amp Hour) is your battery?

Most car batteries are rated between 30 - 60 amp hours, which means if you are drawing 1 amp per hour, they will discharge completely in 30-60 hrs.
If your fan draws .6 amps per hr. and you have a battery rated at 38 amp hrs.(pretty standard), your fan will run for 63 hours on a fully charged, in good shape battery.

I have a marine deep cycle battery with a cigarette lighter adapter that clips to the battery to which the Endless Breeze fan plugs into. Works great!
