Thank you all for your suggestions! I wrote many of them down, and plan to order some of them..

Gooser - Original Johnsonville brats - get em at Costco - Horseradish, Kraut, mustard, ketchup for dipping, With or W/O a bun, if bun a little butter.
Dill pickles & onions (if the onions make your eyes water that's good). I do not know how anyone can eat mayo.

Hope your day went well!

This is whats goin in the Egg at 11:30 P.M. after I get off work!

16 hour cook time to get a 10# plate of pure Pig Heaven!

Boy... Nice patio furniture. Where'd ja buy it...? ;)

Sabrett hot dogs ("dirty water dogs") are considered one of the best in NY. Google how to make coney island sauce. Put that on your dog with diced white onion / plain yellow mustard and a good hot dog roll. Oh yea, boil the hot dogs don't grill them. I promise, you wont be disappointed. Hope you had a great 4th.

no Michagan Sauce?.
..... Google how to make coney island sauce.....Danny
the place to go up here was "Charlie's Red Hots". Here is the recipe that was posted in the Burlington Free Press about a year after Charlie passed away.
Charlie’s Red Hot Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Medium Onion
2 Pounds Steak Hamburg (or use the 85%)
3 Cloves Garlic
5 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
3 Cubes Beef bouillon (I use the low sodium beef broth-2 cans)
instead of the water.
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ cups Water
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Combine all ingredients and cook slowly about 2 ½ hours
I chop the onion and garlic small and cook in a crock-pot until all of the liquid is gone. add more chili powder and cayenne pepper if it needs more
zip.

This recipe is Vermont’s version of the Michigan.
