The latest designer craze in mongrel Labs, now available in piebald or skewbald. ROFL. I particularly like this breeder brag:
Our strict attention to genetic selection is a main contributing factor in the consistently high quality pups we produce. Our goals are to offer more spotted puppies; though rare, we should be able to offer more in the future. We now have three young spotted prospects that we selected from two spring litters. If they pass the hunting tests, this fall they will be added to our breeding line.At this time the pups come in all colors: black, chocolate, yellow, white, brown/white spotted and black/white spotted. We are very blessed with the dogs we have in our care. By upholding high standards in our breeding program, it is our wish that others may enjoy the great qualities and uniqueness of these Hybrid Dogs for years to come.

My buddy got a multi-colored lab-gsp mix from an oops breeding for $50! Good dog, has prey drive, and runs like a greyhound. Little bit of an odd temperament which I'm guessing is the gsp but a good family dog.

Pinto or Paint? A local guy had a Lab-Springer cross that he used to hunt in MT for
upland game that I wouldn't have minded having. Very compact, about 50# with a
lab head & the guy said he could go until you had a limit. $100.

Plus side they are advertising them for what they are a cross-breed. Down Side I'm looking and I'm not seeing health testing on their stock. Can't see what about them makes them worth that price, but people will buy what they want I guess.

Might have to remember this is a niche in case a GSP ever breaks into the kennel, wonder how health testing would add to the price j/k ;).

I had a half Lab / half English pointer "free pup", that I thought would make a good hunting dog

Turned out to have the nose of a Lab and the brains of a pointer

Don't forget the Beagledors I found here in Louisiana a couple years ago. I think they were $1,500 each and they had a "Canoe" Beagledor for a tad more.

Pinto. to be a paint, it has to be quarter horse. Pinto refers to any other breed that is multicolor (Tennessee walking horse, thoroughbred, etc.).
