Does the crowd here like/dislike RTIC coolers?

They seem to have something of a sale going on. I've always carried a hard surface cooler in the footwell of the right front seat. One of these may be a better solution. The 15 can is about $20 and the 28 can is about $25 ... 35% off.

We have a couple of the 30 can soft sided coolers in the family, had them for a couple years and they are great! Keep ice for days if kept closed. Had a zipper problem with one, sent it back and they promptly sent back a brand new one no questions asked. Can't say they are better than any of the others but are a great new generation style cooler for the money.

Not sure of that size but my large one still had ice in the water bottles when we got home from a 6 day trip to VA. There were 13 bottles frozen when we left MI, wife used some but 4 still had about 1/2 the contents frozen. The had kept vegies and fruits cold that we picked up daily on the trip. Temps mostly 50 and 60s.

I've had an Rtic roadie and soft side for a few years. IDK if they keep ice as long as a yeti, don't really care. They are tough and keep ice long enough for me.

I'm sure the zipper is better on the yeti softside. I bought one as a gift through a pro-deal and it seemed really nice.

I have 2 RTIC rotomolded coolers and really can’t tell any difference in ice retention compared to my other two Yeti’s. If we’re splitting hairs the Yeti’s are slightly better as far as fit finish but again, the difference is minimal.

My soft sided Rtic is scheduled for delivery today, when I saw the sale I had to go ahead and order one, I have a Yeti 45 and Rtic 65 which both are great but for daily outings they’re just too big we’ll see how it does.

I've got several - a 45, a smaller hard-sided one, and 3 of their coffee cups. I like them. The started out as Yeti copycats but after the settlement they changed them enough to avoid patent infringement problems. Mine are pre-settlement, so I assume they are Yeti clones. My roommate as several coffee cups and soft sided coolers that are post-settlement and she likes them a good bit.

It dawns on me that a very good judge's gift would be a soft-sided 28, a lunch container, and 2 ice blocks. Total cost would be about $45. Skipping the lunch box would save about 6$. From all I'm reading here, such a gift would be well received and long-lasting. Also, this might be a very good gift to go to a trainer who has helped you with your dogs in a training group without charge.

I have the large camo RTIC soft cooler, even on hot days in the truck, I can get about 3 days of ice kept.

I own the 20 can soft side and it's AWESOME!!!
