Whats ice? For that matter what is parcipitation, its been so long since we've seen any I forget. Today it is gorgeous, 76* high puffy clouds, and I have to spend the afternoon watering the bushes in shorts and tee!!!! (Its been this way ever since we paid for a load of firewood)

Well Jerry - I could start a long list of things these Ice storms have ruined for me the past few days , but I won't , because We have been hammering the ducks -

Dogs need a few days off regards -

OU cancelled classes today in Norman. I sure hope this pushes some ducks south. Broke a sweat Saturday a.m. putting the dekes out. 80 degs by sunrise. Didn't see a single web-footed chicken anywhere in the sky.

I just had three days' worth of WEst Coast business travel crumble due to some cancelled flights and missed appointments.

But, I like the way Tom thinks...maybe Bus will pick up a duck or two this week!

Chris
That trip was a bust from the beginning. flying all the way out here and not even going hunting with me, it was doomed to failure from the get go....

Got about an inch of ice pellets over the weekend. Ice storm suppose to really hit today. Went out and got more hay for the barrels and it started raining on way back. My wife insisted on going to work, much to my displeasure. We are 20 miles from town and I told her she would have to grab hotel if it gets real bad. Freezing drizzle and rain sucks, would rather have a foot of snow. At least I can shovel snow, I am not good at ice chipping. FF and young dogs getting extra attention today, big dogs getting next couple of days off.

icey regards,

LT

So dont:)! I came home early and took my dog down to the boat ramp for some water work. Its one of my few gator free zones, and I can toss dummies to the left or right at the end of the ramp and SORT of handle to one or the other if the tide isnt running so hard it messes up my plants!

Oklahoma was getting it bad!!!

And I don't see any Okla. responses so it must have taken out some power lines also.

Jerry

About 2 inches of that crap so far with more on the way....I dont have a tree worth saving in my yard...power is on for now but 200,000 people are without and they are saying it wont be restored until the 18th. Merry Freaking Christmas. :(

Our 7 plus inch snow storm, hit the mountains with a foot, now is giving you all ice. Thinking of you all!
