Hey folks,
I need photos of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers leaping. I would love it if the dogs were leaping towards the viewer, or three-quarters or a straight on profile. I'm not at liberty yet to see what I need the photos for, but rest assured that if your photo is used, you will be fully credited, you will be quitepleased and we will send you a little something to thank you. Please send them (or a link to them) to larkinvonalt@earthlink.net
Many thanks!

I trust you can do better and am just sharing these two shots of the same pup taken a year apart for fun, but if you're desperate enough to want me to e-mail the sharper original files, I can.

Rick that first picture is great. That is a shot to be used. You have taken photos that I would frame and hang up. You remember in the blind looking up?

These are beautiful, thanks everyone. As soon as I can I will post about the project. I will probably be looking at photos for the next month or so.... so it's not too late if others want to send me some. I love these dogs-- and they are particularly exceptional when flying through the air. Thanks again.

Ouch! That last picture makes me flinch Whats going to happen to that black pup that already has the bumper???

Really great pictures, nice looking village too, where is it?

Thanks, Mike. I have quite a few shots of my coyote at the blind, and it seems he's always looking up. (Even when giving me the quick kiss in my avatar, Peake's eyes are on the sky.) But this quiet moment may be my at-the-blind favorite:

It's been requested for use in a good Chesapeake cause, so you may be seeing it in other form(s?) later this year.

What do you mean?

THE CAN VAPORIZER

In the last pic in the series you posted, there is a black dog swimming with a dummy in his mouth. Will the chessie commandeer it? Or are my eyes just finally going:)

No he will leave him alone. They were just jumping of my pier having fun. There is probly about 5 or 6 more bumpers out in the river. My other black dog Jazz that is still on the pier is the one that takes everyones bumper.

Kama Sutra

That's the one. It says everything about dogs and duck hunting.

Nick, for my money that's "the moment". Now go out and recapture it with a less busy field background...
Tried taking my own advice this morning, 'least as well as I might with my little point & shoot, and found out field background can gut a shot, too:

Though we did manage an "almost" - from the wrong angle:
